@dumm1bunni Not eating for 3-4 days while doing marching band in 85-100°F weather and doing the same in -4 one time LOL I lost like 6-7pounds in 3 days (some was water weight but not a lot) thousands of steps a day while playing a wind instrument does a lot LOL

@lavenderlulaby Honestly the only thing that helped me was getting out of the environment I was in. You can’t feel safe and secure if your environment is not safe and secure! I know you’re young so it’s harder but try to find yourself an escape. Clubs, friends, or any activities out of the house
