Life ain’t always smiley faces! A beautiful 4 much needed nights away with the wife. Swatting 🐝 wasps , feeding cats and chilling ❤️ It’s been a hard 6 weeks and it’s took it’s toll on me physically & mentally and Iv felt it The festival and club 051 has been stressful plus losing my lovely uncle colin and Steve’s brother Brio and attending both funerals really took it out of me ❤️ A Warning off my doctor about my blood pressure and lots of upsetting worrying life on life’s terms problems meant I really needed a break ❤️ Lots of times people look at others online and think everything is perfect for them but that’s far from the truth Luckily I have a beautiful family and some amazing friends and my Break Free community I can turn to when I’m stressed and run down ❤️ Just because I don’t drink and take drugs anymore doesn’t mean life is all pretty roses … But I am so grateful for my recovery because many years ago I would have been drinking & using off the back of lots of the emotions of the last 6 weeks and that only ever heaps misery on top of problems Remember that your winning when you put your hand up and say you need to talk or your feeling stressed Don’t bottle it up and don’t let your ego stop you from talking ❤️❤️
