@Matt359K @SkyNews Maybe if the was a police force children wouldn’t have to carry a mobile phone whilst travelling to school. Children start high school at 11, there’s not way I’d be allowing an 11 year old to travel on public transport without a phone.

@SkyNews If parents spent less on expensive smart devices/contracts then maybe they wouldn't need to rely on free school meals , breakfast clubs ( really ?)and the likes of asda to provide free meals in school holidays. You might be able pat for the uniform as well .
