It’s still an act of aggression to make threats against a person or their property. Since it’s the state essentially stating/promising a citizen that they will commit unjust violence against them, if the citizen does or doesn’t do a certain thing the state wants. In this case, paying taxes. It’s not a physical act sure, but it still an act of aggression; in that it’s based on coercion.

Pregunta para cualquier Anarco-Capitalista que sepa de teoría legal libertaria: ¿Como evita Kinsella o Hoppe o Block el considerar al Estado como una agencia voluntaria o que no viola los derechos de propiedad al cobrar impuestos? Dicho acto es una extorsión, y la extorsión es una amenaza. Y los conflictos, en sus marcos libertarios, refieren a acciones mutuamente exclusivas, pero vos podés literalmente negarte a pagar impuestos sin que haya una contradicción lógica (y por ende no son acciones mutuamente exclusivas), por que es una amenaza, no una acción física directa contra tu propiedad. La agresión se comete (según sus marcos teóricos) cuando el Estado te mete preso o te embarga algo, osea, cuando ya hay acción física directa contra tu propiedad, y no antes. Así que en sus marcos teóricos el cobro de impuestos es inicialmente voluntario o algo que no viola los derechos de propiedad. Una paradoja curiosa de estos teóricos que nadie que yo conozca haya mencionado antes.

Is this the "fair competition" praised by recent articles? If a store with dominant market share taking a 30% cut can bully developers into not passing on savings to customers on competing stores with lower fees, then competition doesn't stand a chance.

I’ve seen the video’s. And it’s funny that in a ideal, privatized society/community; this collection would’ve been returned (or at least compensated for) the second the contract and video/phone recordings were presented in a private/arbitration court. With the enforcement being carried out by enforcer wings/departments of private insurance/defense companies to prevent any and all stoppage of said property being returned or compensated for.

If you ran out of 4 hour youtube documentaries about people you've never heard of getting cancelled there's 3 hours of this shit out and its just insane. TLDR, a lego store received a man's 200 thousand dollar lego star wars collection to consign, the company immediately kicked the owner out of the franchise and took over, refuses to give it back or pay for it, and now the new owner's Mormon mafia have dedicated incredible resources to gangstalking a youtuber who made a video about it. He sifted through all released bodycam videos, of over 7 times the police detained him, finding one audio segment they failed to redact of them basically admitting to doing everything they can to scare him off at the request of the owner. With the store owner formally losing in court , but then just refusing to pay and the police blocking any attempt to formally serve the court required summons, he started a Gofundme, but now the police are doing everything possible to harm him in retaliation because for whatever reason theyre also all Mormons.
