I really imagine where @KitarafcHoima would be without people like you @ADkasozi. Thank you for being a game changer. 👏⚽

Like I said in my previous post, the current form of @KitarafcHoima clearly showed that it was an obvious win for the Royals. Congratulations @ADkasozi

@wobugabe73970 @BuhimbaF @KitarafcHoima @ADkasozi I know you support your team with all your heart, but coexistence is important. If Buhimba is not there, this derby cannot exist. Remember, it boosts our economy and many people earn a living from it. ⚽🤝
English

@ApuuliB @BuhimbaF @KitarafcHoima @ADkasozi Btw apuuli stop saying that you are annoyed of kitara fans who hate buhimba, all that was brought by our first leg where villagic buhimba fans brought that feeling and didn't support kitara wen it was still struggling. Everyone has a right to fully support a team of ha choice
English

The derby awaits, but it comes at a time when @BuhimbaF is struggling for results, while @KitarafcHoima is in great form, making it look like a possible walkover for the Royals.

Today in Masaka, I am meeting NRM leaders to discuss issues I have observed. Some leaders waste time speaking in Parliament instead of addressing the real problems of the wananchi. Leaders must expose corruption in their areas and demand solutions.
They should not fear to speak about the achievements of the NRM government and to reject sectarianism based on religion and tribe.
I thank my Muzukulu, Hon. Justin Nameere, for organising this meeting and commend her courage in insisting on a recount during the Masaka Woman MP race, which she won.

In Namusera, as you exit Wakiso, the vandalism of road infrastructure that General Wamala was talking about hits you straight. The guard rail has been hit a zillion times and now the rubble is in a heap of rubbish. The other part still standing has been crudely cut to open a junction to an upcoming recreation center. Painful.
As you enter Kakiri, one thing hits you about this town and Nansana. The deep lack of law and order on the road. The road infrastructure is not too shabby but it’s badly abused. Vendors, Boda Bodas and rogue drivers own the pedestrian walkways. In Kakiri I had a heated argument with an instructor of a driving school who was defending his conduct of guiding his student to park on a pedestrian walkway. His argument? “There is no road sign to the contrary”. We need to pay extra attention to who is teaching the next drivers.

Day One Of Kampala Hoima Walk
What a beautiful moment at take off. We were flagged off around 7:30am by Gen Katumba Wamala, the Minister of Transport and Works.
During the flag off at Sheraton Hotel, Katumba commended KCCA for the crackdown on vendors encroaching on pedestrian walkways, challenged road users to take responsibility and exercise patience on the roads, lamented the vandalism of road furniture, and reiterated the Government’s commitment to road safety.
And swiii….off we went.
