@tiggr_ Console players dont want to play with PC players. Crossplay should be Xbox and Playstation only.

@tiggr_ Finding a crossplay off server is painful. Then when you get a full server, it disbands at the end of the round. It can take 10 minutes to find a half full server again. We are relying on people to create portal servers, but there is no easy option for crossplay off.

@tiggr_ Matchmaking is broken, we have a full Xbox only server then after the round, the whole full server is disbanded and we end up in bot servers, with 4 or 5 players. The servers need to be persistent, its very frustrating to play with friends.

@tiggr_ Matchmaking in Australia with crossplay off on Xbox is putting a group of us in random servers filled with bots. We tried to create a portal server, but it says the limit is reached. It basically unplayable with Xbox only players. We dont want to matchmake woth PC.

I think our serber browser solution answers all these wants. Yes, it's via portal and shows community experiences, but these can award full XP, will be front and center in our main menu, not hidden - and will allow you to filter and search for specific things you want. (2/3)

Feels like your most important things are:
- persistent servers
- a sense of community and a way to play together
- being able to choose specific maps/modes
- being able to filter by ping/server fullness
- support for low pop regions

@Lex_mate I would rather que in a local console only server waiting for a game, than be placed in a PC lobby or another region server. Its very important for regions like Australia.

@FrederikDrabert Lock those weapons down, this is the paper, scissors, rock gameplay of Battlefield. We dont a hand full of guns be the meta.

@tiggr_ The majority to the console community would prefer to have console only servers as default. With an easy check box you can enable crossplay with PC. Many games like Marvel Rivals and Hell Let Loose do this well. Can we expect this from Battlefield.

@BFBulletin No actual console players want to match with PC players. If you think this it true, you are delusional.

PC and next-gen consoles can't matchmake together for the "Flashpoint CQ specific playlists", even if cross-play is enabled.
PS5 & XBX|S matchmake into 128p CQ matches, while PC matchmakes into 64p CQ matches. DICE is working on a fix #Battlefield2042.

They're forwarding the feedback and reviewing datapoints.

A small hotfix is now going live for PlayStation 4/5 players to resolve an issue with the prologue experience.

We’ve seen conversation within the community about how cheating may impact global leaderboards and want to make it clear:
If someone is banned for cheating, they will be deleted from the leaderboard in Vanguard and/or Warzone.
