While the Modi govt pushes its divisive, flawed, and undemocratic delimitation, Manipur is up in flames again. These are visuals of ongoing disturbances and violence that refuses to die down. Instead of resolving the crisis, the Modi govt is hell-bent on fuelling more conflict.

This article mandates that the ratio between the number of seats allotted to a state and its population must be, "so far as practicable, the same throughout the country." ​Since the government is not touching this article, it clearly implies that: ​🚀 THE NARRATIVE OF 'UNIFORM GROWTH' IS A BLATANT LIE Media outlets and ruling party members claiming that every state’s seats will increase by 50% are actually misleading the public. If the ratio remains constant (as dictated by Article 81), then after delimitation, seats in North India will grow exponentially in proportion to its increased population, while South India's representation will effectively plummet. ​⚖️ THE LEGAL TRAP OF 'PUBLISHED FIGURES' The proposed changes to Article 81(3) and Article 170 link the definition of 'population' to 'Relevant Published Figures.' This grants the government the power—in the absence of the 2021 Census—to select data at its convenience, transforming the North Indian 'vote bank' into a massive numerical force. ​🎭 IS 'NARI SHAKTI VANDAN' MERELY A FAÇADE? The opposition’s suspicion is gaining ground: Women’s Reservation is being used as an 'emotional cover.' The true objective is to use delimitation to secure that 'magic number' which permanently concentrates power within a single geographical region (the Hindi Belt). ​DICTATORSHIP HIDDEN IN THE PAPERWORK ​The discrepancy between the Bill presented in Parliament and the propaganda circulating in the media is an alarm bell for democracy. When constitutional clauses are 'silently' manipulated while a different noise is made externally, it is a clear sign that the system of 'checks and balances' is being dismantled. ​This is not merely 'misleading' information; it is a constitutional conspiracy designed to render South India and smaller states politically irrelevant.
