@FlareBanana @DLightsaber @Dexerto I'm guessing anything that 'Generates' Text/Images/Video. Especially, if it's "stealing the work of humans." Most of the problems with "Generative A.I." is that it's kinda like a "Copyright Violator Machine."

Here’s the cold hard facts. The ONLY thing that’s canon are the Sonic games produced by Sonic Team. If it’s not the games, therefore it is NOT canon.

@AshTheShadowFan @DLightsaber @Dexerto I'm totally with you on AI usage needing to be disclosed. The problem is defining exactly what is considered AI. Certain systems from five years ago have been rebranded to AI because until very recently just saying AI meant higher perceived value to stockholders.

@FlareBanana @DLightsaber @Dexerto Ironic, because THIS is about WIKIPIDIA & the inclusion of A.I. WILL make Wikipedia even MORE questionable than it already is. Which sucks for US, if not "put in check," but the obvious issue: How many times does something that needs to be "put in check" gets "PUT IN CHECK"?

@DLightsaber @AshTheShadowFan @Dexerto It is as long as you confirm that the AI isn't hallucinating. You can use it to check for factual errors, but make sure it has a source and that you verify it yourself. Treat it like Wikipedia; not as a source by itself, but as a map to more reliable sources.

@FlareBanana @DLightsaber @Dexerto Problem is, humans choose lazy/easy when given the chance MORE times than not. 100% everything using A.I. should be legally required to be labeled as A.I. & disclose WHAT the A.I. was used for (And of course, its SOURCES should be CITED.).

@AshTheShadowFan @DLightsaber @Dexerto For checking for errors I think it's fine as long as people don't blindly trust it. I do have my reservations about using it for translation though since it would be less obvious to the average person if it makes an error. There should at least be a label saying AI was used.

@AshTheShadowFan @DLightsaber @Dexerto It's not. The exceptions are for touching up human-made articles (stuff like grammarly) and for translations of human-made articles.

@CultureCrave The same Theatrical Film Industry the Mario Movies are being made FOR. TV/Movies for HOME is definitely NEVER going away.

@CultureCrave I don't hate Brie Larson, but I wished she'd be "more specific" because PART of why "Videogames are bigger than Theatrical Movies" for one thing is that "a lot of people like being at HOME for their Entertainment." THAT won't help the THEATRICAL Film Industry.
