The biggest thing I've realized since being back in Seattle and with family: Crypto is INSANELY alienating I spent the first 6 months of 2024 working every night & weekend, thinking I was "putting in the hours" I ended up alienating my social life & physical health The obsession with trying to make money, trading, etc. made me more antisocial, and lowkey left me with a social media addiction since I was constantly on Twitter Vs being back in Seattle, while I'm spending more time outside and doing social things vs being on the computer all day I feel WAY better mentally and physically And am more productive and creative when I am working Curious what others feel here
