Ok so what I see is the black car was going side by side with the semi truck, effectively blocking the flow of traffic and creating an extremely dangerous situation. Seemed like done on purpose to piss off the van. The black car only sped up when the white van pulled his idiotic maneuver. Both are assholes. Both should have been ticketed.
