@AtriaSL My father moved into the Atria Roslyn Harbor on January 28, 2023 and sadly passed away April 6th, 2023. In total he paid Atria $62,975. We were subsequently ensured by management a prorated refund of approx. $8k would be forthcoming. No refund, and Atria is ignoring our inquiries

@Ayoo_Kess I was at the hospital all night because of food poisoning and almost dehydrated myself to death, my mom called for me saying I wasn’t gonna show up and they hung up on her, @AtriaSL fired me for NCNS because they said I should’ve been the one making the call not my mom 🙄

@PleromaAngel @AtriaSL My parent is in the same situation. No personal items outside the door, food quality has gone downhill, no one staffing the front desk with the door unlocked etc…etc plus this that was left for all residents. 7th is my favorite

@everydayathena We evaluate our precautions daily to ensure all staff are following protocol. We have and continue to coordinate the delivery of needed PPE and medical supplies to support our communities and keep residents and staff safe.

We are also following the recommendations and guidelines from the CDC. Our primary concern right now is on supporting the resident, and the rest of our residents and staff.
