@goinghostie Many scenes with the parents stuck with me because they reminded me of my own upbringing. But on a more positive note, I'll also never forget Maki and Yuu positively discussing being trans/non-binary, Toma standing up to Maki's dad, or the Shingo and Tsubasa park scene.

The basis of most debate against Christianity is just purposeful mischaracterization and straight up ignorance. Giving as a Christian is a lot less like trying to get good boy points from "sky daddy" and a lot more like the spiritual equivalent to "it's what hero himmel would have done" but with Jesus. We give because we have been given the greatest gift of all. Charitability isn't something we adopt to "earn" our way to heaven. We do it in reverence and obedience to someone we love and respect dearly, Jesus Christ.

See I actually appreciate this, bc if you're going to slander my fave, it should at least be truthful/lore accurate. The people who come for Akame calling her "emotionless" and "boring" must have fallen asleep during all the parts of the anime and manga that show her backstory.

March 16th When they are kids and Natalie is sick with the flu, Mella doesn't leave her side. She monitors her, gets her water, makes sure she is comfortable, etc.

March 15th I like monologues when they are necessary for character development, like when a character is explaining their backstory or confessing their feelings! But it does irk me when monlogues are used to info dump (unless it makes sense for the character). #QueerPrompts
