@Steam I purchased 2 1tb OLED steam decks and multiple games for my sons Christmas and I have received absolutely shocking service and no support whatsoever. It was clearly a mistake. Where is your customer care and service? It is impossible to get dialogue with anyone.

Many of us alive back then genuinely thought it could and would all end like this. I often reflect on that and the fall of the Berlin Wall which followed and seemed to fling the doors open on the future. I think we all should.
