apex is the only community where you can be made to seem like the bad guy for calling out a cheater or someone who does the most evil shit out of game

MY ONCE A YEAR TWEET ON APEX RANKED It is unbelievable how bad the Apex ranked system truly is still after being out for nearly 6 years. The reality is that the ranked ruleset Apex began with was chaotic and didn't have much structure. Changing it now to what it SHOULD HAVE BEEN from the start turns players off from playing it which is extremely valid. The fact PLAT/GOLD lobbies are more serious than DIAMOND is mind boggling. The higher the rank, the more competitive it should be and Apex has been the opposite of that for years. I would literally rather stay in plat lobbies forever before entering diamond because of how serious every player takes it. You get actual end games which is the BEST part of Apex. Once you hit diamond, players just want to fight causing a toxic loop for those hardstuck. This isnt how it should be. I always believed every TIER of ranked should have a different point system. The higher you get to PRED the closer it is to ALGS and how points are calculated in Pro League. As of now there is no progression. You dont even necessarily feel yourself getting better at the fundamentals of Apex. You just feel yourself getting better at shooting / movement. I am having a great time streaming and doing the challenge. However I can not imagine how frustrating and boring this grind is for SOLO Q ranked players. To all those out there grinding for the love of the game, your mental fortitude is unmatched. Massive respect. Going to probably make a video on it for youtube and express other ideas I've heard from other creators or just players in general. Probably wont change much but I find it fun to talk about.

Apex Legends has become such an embarrassment for the solo/casual community and it's why this game is at rock-bottom player counts not seen since it's release in 2019. Why does EVERY playlist have SBMM including a HOLIDAY EVENT? I miss when I could fuck around/have fun in pubs and not get skull-fucked by a 5k+ hour 3-stack pred team using a cronus. Or is just that's the only type of players left that still play the game? I want to see this game succeed so desperately but nothing about this game is fun and appealing for the solo/casual community and only remotely enjoyable when you have a 3-stack you can play with. But who knows, maybe after playing the game for 6+ years with over 12,000 hours I've just reached ultimate boredom with the game. Praying that after champs they announce they're doing something different because for Apex Legends to survive because it desperately needs it.

@PlayApex NA west coast servers are always infested with cheaters please do something about it! I’m tired of having to play on different servers to try and get away from them only to die to legit players due to my ping because I can’t play on my own server! Fix it please 🙏🏼🫡
