My housing hot take is that WP KL and its inner suburbs (PJ and Ampang especially) should actively upzone landed suburbs to look like this 4-5 storey apartments with ground-level retail Existing ones in the city centre (These are in Bukit Bintang) should be high-rise apartments

@guttapercha80 @Natcromancer Unfortunately won't likely ever be built this way again as it seems more profitable for developers to build high density high rise 🥲 This was common in those days to avoid requiring to include lift, up to 5 storeys iianm.
