@Nozushii Honestly it's been a hot minute since we had a villain appear, plus Baki and Yujiro ARE some of the most requested characters so i can't see why it'd be an issue here outside of just not feeling Yujiro which itself is fine.

It will also feel great to defeat such a villain in game. Can’t wait for his release.

@ZidniEmoney @authenssion @FeistyPhoenix_ The most I remember was that Reina is blood related? So if that's what you're pointing towards I can kinda see it. Everything about Reina's background is vague so we don't really have anything definitive

@ZidniEmoney @authenssion @FeistyPhoenix_ It's left very vague but nothing implies grooming, it's hinted to be Reina herself which would make sense. I'm genuinely trying to understand where it implies that Heihachi groomed someone from the Hachijo clan.

If you mean Kazumi then wasn't it told that she was sent to kill him, it was shown to be a loving marriage until the night she became a Devil and was made to kill Heihachi. Also we're not entirely sure who is Reina's mother just that they're in the same clan.

@breeeciii @BuffGigas I recommend it, it has intense moments but Yujiro as a fighter is a much better fit than Kirito by the LONGEST mile. It also helps that we have another villain in the series now.

@AzurePsycho25 @Punishere1_ @WOLFYYSAMA Exactly. Some things really are just timeless, and DOA4 proved that a game can have amazing mechanics, incredible visual identity, and fun side features all at once. It was an honor talking fighting games with you, Azure! Hopefully Team Ninja takes notes.

lol Wolfyy doesnt know about DOAXVV and how wildly successful it is because it stayed true to the franchise.
Thats why he doesnt get it.
But he's being educated now. It's way bigger than what he's seeing. He doesnt even know DOA7 is coming back because of DOAXVV ... but he will know soon.

@AzurePsycho25 @Punishere1_ @WOLFYYSAMA BINGO,Dead or Alive 4 literally had an interactive lobby with retro arcade cabinets, customizable avatars, and unlockable items. As long as they don't downgrade the fanservice or the jiggle physics. like the Xtreme series is how DOA7 becomes an absolute masterpiece.

@Smuface1up @Punishere1_ @WOLFYYSAMA Which is why I propose having certain sections for the game for those who want it. Is it most likely a dream? Sure but I don't think it should stay that way. Maybe add in a beach ball mini game or an interactive mode for characters while maintaining the fighting game aspect.

@AzurePsycho25 @Punishere1_ @WOLFYYSAMA I get why it looks that way, Azure, but that's exactly the trap DOA6 fell into. They tried to 'balance' the aesthetic to appeal to mainstream esports crowds, but those people didn't stick around anyway. All it did was alienate the core fans who actually buy the games.
