Today our Educational Psychology Service is excited to launch its School Staff Wellbeing training. Over the week this evidence based training will cover topics such as school culture, developing a staff wellbeing policy and stress management.

Thread - return to school 1) We are all in the same storm but not in the same boat. 2 nights ago every family celebrated the new year in their own way. Some followed guidance / some didn’t. I’m not here to judge 🤷‍♀️

22 months into the pandemic & only now are C02 monitors being provided. And, yet again, no mention of measures to ensure better ventilation. Instead, reduction in testing & isolation times are the only main changes. If you want pupils in school you need to make them safer.
