BMS are looking to recruit a young enthusiastic apprentice engineer to train as a data engineer. After an assessment period the successful candidate will attend college to attain his or her qualifications. Knowledge of IT and Data Cabling systems or electrics is an advantage but not essential. The role would involve assisting engineers installing data and fibre optic cabling in some of our pregistious sites such as sports venues across Wales & The South West. Great shift by the team at @BMSSW this week in Northampton installing a new player performance tracking system in the state of the art training facility. Amazing turn around in the international break installing CAT6A data, Fibre, switches, cable containment & transceivers.

Some great work from the onsite engineering team at HQ installing the tracking system. A combination of CAT6A & Fibre optic cabling around the stadium, creating a new network connecting the devices & servers. Technology plays a huge part in sport, DM to see how we can help.

Another stadium installation of a player tracking system this week in the terrible weather. Great effort from the onsite team. 4 Cabinets linked by multimode fibre, each device POE powered by cisco switches via CAT6A cabling. Keep an eye out for the next stadium, it's a big one.
