Landed on Delta flight 552 from FLL to ATL at 11:36 pm. It’s 2:39 am and I’m still on the tarmac. Original flight: 5:20 pm. Boarded @ 5:34, sat on runway for 2 hours, deplaned, reboarded. Terrible experience @Delta

@Delta can’t even plan correctly at their own hub. Overbooked themselves. Poorly ran airport. Make it make sense

On the tarmac with @Delta at @ATLairport for over two hours now. No gates. 30+ planes of passengers sitting here. Been on this same plane for almost 7 hours trying to get from Memphis to Atlanta. Evidently gate agent just stopped answering pilots. Pinnacle customer experience.

@Delta DL5165 has been sitting on the runway for hours in Atlanta packed full passengers who cannot get off the plane because no one is around to extend the bridge- seriously

@Delta has kept me on the tarmac in Atlanta for 2 hours and 34 minutes and counting. The pilot (and I have this recorded) has said that he feels defeated. @11AliveSports @FOX5Atlanta @atlantanews I’m not sure if I’m defeated but what a horrible way to handle a hail storm.
