Last week some our students visited the @Russell_Cotes Museum and Art Gallery, as part of their Working with Cultural Heritage studies. It was great to see the Artists in Purbeck exhibition too! Well worth a visit!

To mark LGBTQIA+ History Month, Rainbow Office Hours have been set up by BU’s PRIDE Network to support LGBTQIA+ students across the University. These are open to all students, regardless of how they identify.

Some of our final year students explored the productive landscapes of Purbeck this week. From the extractive industries at Newton Clayworks and Worth Matravers quarries to some well-earned local fayre😘👌!

Also, huge credit to the @mediabmth students who each took a role in the production and were all genuine professionals, even though most were only in their second year of study.

The collaboration between the Department of Archaeology and Anthropology, @mediabmth, and Time Team has huge potential for archaeological storytelling and we can't wait to see what happens next.
