Facts… The saddest part is so many miserable Knicks fans on X have tied themselves to nonstop negative takes that even during a playoff run, they won’t fully enjoy it bc it means admitting they were wrong & they’ll partially subconsciously root against them

So when the Knicks beat Memphis the other day with Jalen Brunson resting miserable Knicks Twitter and sports radio talking heads kept saying “maybe they are better off without Brunson because the ball moves so much more flowing through Towns” Now the Knicks are crushing the Bulls without Karl-Anthony Towns and Brunson has 17 and 10 through 3 quarters What’s the story now? They are better off without Towns? Or are we going to stick with made up narrative that “Towns and Jalen can’t play together” even tho they have won so much while playing together? Here is a tip… SHUT THE FUCK UP AND WAIT FOR GAME 1, NONE OF WHAT HAPPENS NOW PROVES ANYTHING

Knicks are completely healthy in time for the playoffs They’ll have 5 games to get acclimated and about a week to practice during the Play-In tournament before Game 1 of Round 1 Perfect situation

“Towns & Brunson don’t work” is BS bc they win all the time, it’s that simple, don’t over complicate it…the name of the game is to WIN You know what didn’t work for the Knicks? Eddy Curry & Zach Randolph Stephon Marbury & Steve Francis Melo & Bargnani Porzingis & Hardaway Jr.

As I said on my pod @BadWeatherFans yesterday…. The NBA regular season is one giant preseason for a championship contending team like the Knicks as long as their record is good… everyone knows this Everyone also knows that March and April basketball in the NBA now is a joke - 50% of the league is tanking, 40% of the league is resting and the other 10% is fighting for the 6 seed So forgive me (or dont idgaf) if I am not taking what’s happening right now with the Knicks seriously because of what I just said. The Knicks have won almost 60% of their games since the All-Star break and can only play who’s in front of them. They have also beat a few contending teams and went toe to toe with the champs twice since the break. They lost the last three and that is frustrating no doubt about it especially when they could have snatched the 2 seed. However, you have to take these games with a grain of salt if you want me to take you seriously. Fan how you want a fan, cover the team how you wanna cover the team if you’re a professional at this, but it’s also my opinion to judge you based on your words and your actions on the silly part of the NBA season for a title contending team like the New York Knicks. The end.
