Balikatan exemplified - Filipino & American soldiers join forces to build a classroom in Angeles Elementary School. The Balikatan not only benefits the militaries but also local communities under the common goal of advancing Humanitarian & Civic Assistance.
Filipino and American service members brush aside the heat from the scorching sun as they put-up a two-classroom building in Ilosong Elementary School. This initiative shows the mutual commitment of both armed forces to make learning more conducive.
