Somebody left four newborn kittens in a paper bag outside my work today 😡 I hate people. These babies are very newborn, with eyes still shut and umbilical cords still attached. They were left outside in a bag in the Southern California heat. I brought them home then ran to petsmart for bottles a kitten milk and they are now fed and warm. I can't believe people suck this much.

El veterinario pensó que lo habían abandonado. Pasaban los minutos y nadie llegaba por él. El perrito seguía medio dormido por la anestesia, recién esterilizado, sin que nadie apareciera a recogerlo. Pero su dueño no lo había olvidado, solo tardó un poco más porque llegó empujando un carrito de madera que armó para llevárselo a casa. Lo acomodó con mantas, con cuidado, asegurándose de que no tuviera que caminar ni sentir dolor. No tenía transportadora ni carro, pero eso no fue excusa para dejar a su perro esperando. "Gracias por cuidarmelo", dijo el señor a la veterinaria, mientras el perrito pasó de la angustia a la cara más alegre porque ví su cara conocida. Hay personas que no tienen mucho, pero cuando se trata de sus mascotas no escatiman en tiempo, en ingenio ni en cariño. Ese carrito improvisado valía más que cualquier accesorio caro. Era la forma más honesta de decirle: aquí estoy, te llevo a casa.
