Making meals or eating in dull lighting can affect the amount you eat. Ability to process light can reduced with dementia or sight changes. Regular eye tests, brighter bulbs, extra lighting or a timer for lights help make food easier to see. #withDietitiansYouCAN @BDA_Scotland
