I’m following news of a reported shooting of a legal observer by ICE agents in South Minneapolis. I’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and will update as soon as I receive information. ICE must stop terrorizing our communities and leave our city.

I think its a combination - many companies go public before they have products in the stream of commerce to access the capital markets to raise money - unfortunately for start up companies, the only money available to them is very shareholder-dilutive. Of course you can sometimes find nefarious bad actors inside and outside a company that use the public vehicle for purposes to enrich themselves - and thats why there are checks and balances - especially PCAOB audits that verify everything a pubic company puts out. Its up to the investing public to read that information (Q's and K's) to understand business operations and understand risks.

That may be true in part - but they are victims of toxic dilution funding as start ups nevertheless. This is why most of them can escape the cellar box. The bigger companies usually do not get caught in the toxic death spiral game. The hedge funds are much more careful in dealing with them.

Maybe because I am THE most successful securities attorney in my field, have worked towards getting information that could lead towards understanding who was responsible for this (almost all on my own dime), as well as resolution. I also have information that others don't have. Thats why. I am really not interested in helping this community anymore, but I won't tolerate continued attempts to discredit me based on false light accusations and I will help @annvandersteel any way I can, without compensation or engagement.

@annvandersteel Yea, they can dish it out but can't take it. They didn't expect me to hit them back, hard. Then they hide behind their keyboards. They have only exposed their true colors - working for bad actors, manipulating the community away from any legal solution (even though the bankruptcy Court is geared to provide one) and keeping emotionally disadvantaged investors tethered to them. I am the most successful retail and public company advocate attorney on these issues. I have won major court decisions that have all but eliminated certain dilution practices from hedge funds in NY, who no longer engage is toxic dilution funding that breeds market manipulation.

@annvandersteel Basile is a bad actor. He has doxxed a member of the MMTLP community, and consistently caused division and turmoil instead of helping us towards a resolution. I know you aren’t aware of this, just please proceed with caution around him. I’d personally disassociate with him.
