@LizzieSwarbrick Very sad news, we have all lost a fine scholar.

I’ve just heard the news that Prof. Richard Fawcett OBE died on Tuesday. He was my PhD supervisor and /the/ expert on Scottish medieval church architecture. An active scholar until his very last days. He will be much missed. Please have a Lion Bar for him (it was his favourite).
