Scale by subtraction: The most powerful growth moves often involve removing, not adding. What's one thing your company could subtract today to move faster tomorrow? #ScaleBySubtraction

I modularized the architecture to eliminate data leakage. No more sync meetings or foreign module work. Output tripled. If your architecture forces coordination, it's flawed. Eliminate coordination, scale by subtraction. DM me "FRICTION" for a 1-page PDF with more details. (4/4)

I was strangling them with coordination reqs. Every minor feature required cross-team sync meetings and foreign changes. I started measuring Structural Friction instead of velocity. Total human hours in coordination versus high-impact code. The number was horrifying. (3/4) ➡️

I tripled my team's output in 3 months. I did it not by adding talent, but by subtracting Structural Friction. (1/4) ➡️

@fhinkel That's only because you let the agent do whatever it wants and don't check/know what it's actually doing. Basically that happens when you ask the AI to replace you. I guarantee that won't happen if you own the job.
