Winter League lacrosse highlight of the day comes from the @ebhslacrosse defense. @BechlerVincent (2021) with the takeaway, Defenseman Joe Palmer (2022) with the ground ball, starting the fast break, and earns the assist, GianFranco Deguida (2022) with the BTB finish.

Created great separation off the split-dodge - but have to remember that after taking a bunch of faceoffs in a row the ball may get caught at the pinch point of the head when you go to shoot and go straight into the ground lol @BlueStarLax @hk_mens_lax @ebhslacrosse

Having a great time playing with the Spotswood HS JV guys that I coached with my Dad for the last 2 yrs. Mostly freshman playing up in the varsity division and playing hard all game long no matter the score. Got a great feed on the man-up from Madden for the cross-hand goal.

Some fall ball goals are just more fun than others....Lost the clamp on the faceoff but stayed on the hands and jarred the ball and (his stick) loose for the scoop and score @ebhslacrosse @BlueStarLax
