Anon post I’ve recently stepped into the role of Headteacher and inherited a large Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with somewhat unclear roles and responsibilities. The team comprises: • 2 Deputy Head Teachers (DHT) • 2 Assistant Head Teachers (AHT)

In 2021, I got sectioned. In 2022 and 2023, I had involuntary stays in hospital. I genuinely thought I’d never get better… Turns out, I was wrong, and today I’m celebrating spending the whole of 2024 hospital-free! 🎉
