Woke up feeling so anxious!! Had to go for a walk while praying my Rosary on the way. Prayed 40 decades, 5000 steps, and had to sit down somewhere and rest my waist and legs😁 Had to plug in my music and walked the remaining 25 minutes, from where I rested, back home 😢 A good walk, while praying the Rosary is therapeutic, try it.
