I will cry myself to sleep tonight with my knees tucked up against my chest knowing that people buy this on a frequent basis and call it "good food". 3/10.

I felt a sense of regret and sadness. I finished the meal still hungry and longing for something to fill my hunger. As someone who loves to cook and enjoys food I feel I have let myself down. I should know better. I WILL do better.

My review for @BirdsEyeUK Chicken Tikka. After a long day at work I couldn't be bothered to cook (this was my first mistake) so I went to the freezer aisle of the shop on the way home. I decided on this chicken tikka (this was my second mistake)
