Thank you to @SultanShazi @dlshung, guideline members, and @AmerGastroAssn staff for shepherding us through this project. We hope this sheds light on an exciting and complex area that is at the heart of gastroenterology. 🙏

Personally, I think that CADe is a major advance, and I intend to use it. Finding more adenomas, though a surrogate endpoint, will likely help our patients. But that is one opinion, and the evidence for a standard-of-care recommendation is a high bar — we are not there yet.
