Sorry but what the heck is going on with this? Why is the UK media suddenly fixated on dogs, seemingly to get people to question having them? The UK is a solidly dog-loving place. British people have worked with them and kept them as companions for ever. This is so weird

Ever wonder why increasing shoplifting is allowed? Make it uneconomic to run shops so shops close and everybody buys online. Once shops are gone the government can control what you are allowed to buy.

I read stories about the lawlessness in London, the lootings, the marauding youths in Clapham, stores having to close, daily stabbings and unsolved burglaries and phone thefts and wonder what the hell in going on in this country. But more to the point what are the police doing. Or not. Then every day here in Suffolk, I see police just parked up in our village square eating, queuing up in Tesco for doughnuts, parked up in laybys, eating and scrolling through their phones, police with speed cameras trying to catch motorists doing 5 mph above the limit. Police just sitting about on motorbikes, doing not a lot. And I wonder if these police here in Suffolk could be better employed being transferred to London. 🧐🤔

A few years ago I knew a very nice Muslim guy. He worked for the police service and I played football with him every week. He was kind, thoughtful and I thought he was an all round decent chap. One week he didn't turn up for the usual football game and concerned, I asked one of his work mates in the police where he was. I found out that his sister was in an abusive, arranged marriage and had run away from her husband. Now you may think that this “decent chap” would be taking time to support his sister in this terrible time. It turns out that he and other members of his family tracked her down, tied her to a chair and beat her to a pulp for bringing shame on the family. This sort of mentality just isn't compatible with the British way of life. We can never understand the driving forces behind some of these people as it is totally alien to us.

Good for him for checking, but it’s not like white middle-aged women are stealing swans to eat.

Firstly, Islam is not a race. Nor is it a religion. It’s an ideology and one that we already fought against during the Crusades. It’s the antithesis of everything that is Christian which is probably why it doesn’t sit at all well with British people. The next day, the police came banging on my door to threaten me into silence for speaking out. Growing up, we knew which takeaways were dodgy, which taxi companies were controlled by the Pakistani-Muslim gangs, which estates and high streets not to walk through alone or avoid altogether. It’s an open secret. And your government is complicit. It is still happening in towns and cities across the UK. Little girls are being subjected to the worst abuse imaginable, at the hands of men who know they can get away with it. Nothing has changed. You are still turning a blind eye despite decades of undeniable evidence. Politicians like you are trying to sweep the scandal under the carpet, sabotaging the National Inquiry at every turn so that they can save their own skins. And little girls are still being sacrificed at the altar of multiculturalism and traded for votes. Decades later. The same old story. The rather large Robbie (1140g!) came in on 16/3. He was discovered out in the day. After a check over from the vet, he was found to have a wound on his elbow & soft tissue damage. Treatment is underway for ringworm & capillaria. #hedgehog #wildlife #conservation
