@MarriottBonvoy I have to say I don't feel like an elite member when I am constantly turned down to use my suite night awards. I stay at a @Marriott hotel nearly every week and yet my online requests are constantly denied.

Why is MTV still a thing? Didn't they outlive their relevance years ago?

@Marriott this happens way too often in my travels. I can never use my free suite night awards.
