OMG!!!! For the first time in the history of the world, two people had an affair and may have had a child born out of that affair. And it was after they rented a boat no less!!! What blasphemy (said while pearl clutching). For the past year, I didn’t have a dog at the house after having one for 15 years, and it was such a weird, empty feeling. Then my wife and I got our girl Raven a few months ago and she immediately brought so much joy back into our lives. Dogs are just the best dude.

Officially down 40 lbs since one year ago and hit a new low of 244 lbs today. All I’ve done is eat less and move more. Sounds so simple (and it is), but it’s not easy. Haven’t been this dialed in my entire LIFE.
