Indeed but we have known this for 25 years+.... why is Dublin not investing billions in the energy infrastructure to safeguard our supply chain for generations.... what are they afraid of? NI the only part of UK now with no renewable support scheme in place as they made a mess of it with RHI scandal.... 8 years later, still nothing and renewable development has just stopped.... We need to get the right minds together and get on with this. We have thr smarts, the people and all of this is fundable ✅️

City of Derry Airport recorded a 23% year-on-year increase in passengers last year, according to the CAA, its best year since 2016. The new Dublin PSO should further drive traffic from 2026 on. Still some way off the 2008 peak. The numbers:
