So today is my final day at the Barnsley Branch, a temporary move made permanent which was a quality learning experience for me, new clientele and challenges have honestly made me a better employee, to come in and captain service to an all time high of 94 is my best achievement.

Celebrating an all time high with a 94% at 42 and a 94.4% at 15 in terms of service. Thank you @ClaireW_ERAC for the meeting where we found our weaknesses to further boost these numbers and so we remain consistent, watch this space at Area E 👀 @KyleS_ERAC @kierancregan

Had an amazing first few week at Enterprise! Very insightful 1 on 1 today. There is a lot to learn and the job is very intense, but it is made much easier with the great help by all my fantastic colleagues at U842! PS @KyleS_ERAC don’t knock it before you try😉
