Welp. The remaining @ChainSawNFT and @Matt_Furie contracts have been exploited. Still no comment. As pointed out by @TrystanNFT, possible they have been advised by law enforcement not to comment, which would be the only above-board explanation I could think of. Sad day.

The @ChainSawNFT Deployer wallet is STILL being exploited; now on the ZOGZ NFT Collection; exploiter minting over 10,000 new NFTs and dumping into available WETH bids on @opensea Chainsaw deployer again approving new owner, batch minting 1000s of NFTs & dumping on alt wallets.

Looks like ALL nft collections from @ChainSawNFT and @Matt_Furie have been compromised. Dev wallet is minting limitless supply to weth into. Crazy. RIP 🪦

Ya I understand the wallet connection of it all. My post is written under the assumption what they said in their small announcement was truthful. I don't know if it is. If the bad actor is a known party, they can take whatever legal action they need to recover those funds. Doesn't change best course of action or anything I said though.

Replicandy were set as untradable by @ChainSawNFT earlier today. 100% chance this contract is deprecated and replaced with a new one. It is owned by a bad actor. It can't be saved. Let's say you own a restaurant. Someone orders a Cherry Pie, and it comes out with Rodent Droppings, or Globs Of Jizz in it... Bringing them a fresh Cherry Pie doesn't restore their faith. It doesn't cost much, and it was your error, so you give them a Burger with Bbq Sauce and throw in some Milk N Cookies. Otherwise you're left with a Sad Tomato. I would say the best path forward for the new contract is: 1⃣ Airdrop holders of OG 1,870 tokens their NFTs, as Replicandy'd 2⃣ Allow ONLY Hedz/Pegz/Rare Pepes random Replicandy to mint at .042 (or cheaper). We sat by the PC for hours waiting to mint a broken contract 3⃣ Close mint. Leave Replicandy machine open for 24 hours This benefits existing holders, who were inconvenienced greatly, by reducing supply. It makes Hedz/Pegz/RP's whole at least. My opinion is they deserve to be made more than whole. Except for 1⃣ airdrop, which is the bare minimum, doesn't cost nothin'. This is the Big Brain move. Don't be a Fudgesickle.

Was told years ago I'd be able to mint Bitbone avatars. Never happened. Told again 2 years ago I would be able to mint within a year. Never happened. Check in today and told it's not gonna happen any time soon... Very disappointed with The Sandbox
