@DirectBuy we called the 800 number and were told we had to go back to where we originated the account. Well we did and now it is to bad.

@DirectBuy it was not explained that we only had 30 days to cancel. we have been out of the state till July 8th.

@DirectBuy I am very dissatisfied with your company. you are only interested in getting peoples money. .
