@jensjakob In our cybersec. bobble many people do talk about NIS2, yes. But outside, no. The essential detail here is that the Directive and local law is here to stay. It is a milestone. You’re right about a NIS3 at some point. Like any other legislation is evolving over time.

@Bjarkealling Hoax might be a strong word. But look at the transpositions of the directive, that are quite narrow and bleak. Compared to how many people talking about the impact.

@Bjarkealling Well. NIS2 is a hoax. Few organisations will be legal subjects, and impact will be meager. Guess that the main purpose of NIS2 is to pave the way for NIS3

@Bjarkealling @jensjakob Modsat USA, så er det i DK et mindretal, ofte fra partier, der er udenfor politisk indflydelse.

Det er deprimerende, at Trump er gået all-in på den russiske propaganda. Hvis bare Ukraine havde afleveret noget af deres land, så ville deres byer kunne stå de næste 2.000 år, og menneskerne kunne leve. Intet om russerne som aggressorer.

@DRMoltke Det gjorde SCO Unix også i sin tid. De stævnede tilfældige virksomheder fordi de brugte Linux. SCO påstod at de virksomheder brød SCOs rettigheder. Alle sagsanlæg faldt til jorden med kæmpe brag.
