I used to work night shifts at McDonald’s Spending 8+ hours on my feet all day for little pay. I had no location freedom, no financial freedom and no time freedom Now in Dubai, I’m parking G wagons during night shifts outside the place I used to work.

They said numerous times that a mortgage doesn’t make sense for them. It’s personal. A mortgage keeps you trapped, and it’s a 30+ year loan And yes, the bank can easily take back the house or at the least give you warnings. You own nothing until it’s paid off fully (with a disgusting amount of interest) Plus, it’s generally more expensive to buy because of renovations and such.

I want better for my people, I really do. Where do I start with this? The bank WILL NOT repossess your house if you miss a few payments. Repossession is a last resort, lenders would rather work with you to get back on track. Please be mindful of misinformation 🏡

@hewantswealth We stated that this is our opinion and what’s works for us. A mortgage for our personal property doesn’t work for us right now. We want to rent for freedom. We have bought and are buying houses as an asset (to rent out).

What do you spend money on bills or knowledge that will financially free you Bills will always be there. Knowledge won't. Even Jeff Bezos has bills to pay. When are you finally gonna spend money on something that will make you rich. Only the correct knowledge makes you rich

You can’t rely on the government for your future. You can’t rely on your job for your future. So the best thing you could do is take everything you have and invest… Invest into raising your earning cap. The only 2 things you can rely on are God and yourself
