Changwatch got a glow-up today. I've added some additional charts to keep track of dRep and SPO delegation rates. There's also a filter to track inactive dReps (reasoning below). Finally, there's info bubbles on most charts and general UI improvements, especially on mobile.

It is my actual task, discussed and requested by other parameter committee and hardfork working group members, to raise the attention about the actual meaning of the Hardfork GA. To explain it is a new and responsible role. and if not considered seriously by an SPO, because he hasn't time or resources to assess the ecosystem readiness from an technical-operative perspective, it might be worth considering a redelegation. There are different types and sizes of SPOs. If someone looks at the readiness of the Exchange liquidity gateways - they are currently at ~20% - will understand their yes cast only in 2-3 weeks when they actually are ready, and don't need to temporarily block or even de-list ada. My role in the CF and many different other teams and areas in the ecosystem for many years, even before I joined the CF, allows me to have these insights and understandings. I'm here to help, also to who forms his strong opinions on very partial and subjective views.

@bigpey This table reads to me: Of the 46.5m ADA that would be funded, CF voted on 185 proposals totaling 44.935m ADA to be funded. 44.935/46.5= 0.966 ~ 97% Makes sense that they would vote as close to 100%. We all should. Here, they left some ADA on the ballot… What’s the problem?

Catalyst is completely rigged now by CF. Take a look at this graph from CF. I've been funded in Catalyst quite a few times. My most voted proposal is 160M. They're voting with 180M. Take a look at the last box. % of category budget voted. They're voting for 97% of the budget
