September is Suicide Prevention Month. For any of you who ever feel lost, down or just feel like giving up, We are all a text, call, drive or flight away. We all know someone who has attempted/commits suicide or may have done it on ourselves. It’s okay to be vulnerable!

I am so thankful for a staff of great athletic trainers and team physicians who are the true reason for this award. I follow the famous quote from Coach Bryant and “always hire people smarter than me”! This award is about our entire medical staff! So grateful! Roll Tide Forever!

@Rae3Martin That’s my chief concern, but my current lifestyle requires me to step away from college athletics and into industrial. It’s always hard to make a change from something you’ve done for almost 10 years.

As someone who recently made the switch to the industrial setting, seeing all these photos of AT’s getting ready for Fall sports has me feeling a certain way. I sometimes miss the tape and being with my teams and the student-athletes…
