Good read from @JordanRaanan - suggest all read the full thing at ESPN But this kind of unstable attitude does not represent leadership. It represents unstable identity in one's self. The feet up on the table/country club-training camp persona paired with Saban-wanna be tantrums that were over the top are two opposite ends of the spectrum. And don't get me started on the all-of-the-sudden weight loss that magically happened... Building an identity starts at the top and the guy at the top needs to have one himself that is predictable for those who are around him. Keep this note as you look for the next HC. Identity - matters more than most of you want to believe. With everyone in any leadership position.
