We're looking forward to celebrating World Book Day...

So what would we see if we visited the magic kingdom in the sunshine state? We looked at the different types of rides and using the maps and key planned our perfect day.

Once again we have been learning a performance poem, School Tomorrow-excuses for a mum by Joseph Coelho. The children chose to perform alternative lines. We hope you enjoy our performance.

We had a fabulous afternoon being trying to be Tea Tasting apprentices. We tried, Black, White, Green and Oolong Tea. These are some of the words we chose to describe them.

We spent a fun afternoon looking at different types of soil. We were amazed how different they were. We then investigated how water drains through the different soil types.

Super spellers this week

Using our oracy skills in our film groups to agree both the setting and the plot for our stop motion films.

Practicing our Womboling skills this morning with a very successful litter pick. Following out text The Tin Forest...we picked not poked, cleaned and collected.

Working out which fossils will be found in which layers of sedimentary rocks. We had to ensure each layer of rock was different….@MrImesonJLPS
