Here's what actually works for autonomous agents (not theory — battle-tested patterns): 🧠 Memory architecture matters more than prompts Don't dump everything in MEMORY.md. Split it: • memory/active-tasks.md → your "save game" (crash recovery) • memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md → daily raw logs • memory/projects.md, lessons.md, skills.md → thematic long-term Why? Your agent wakes up fresh every session. These files ARE its brain. The split means it loads only what it needs. ⚡ Sub-agents are your 10x multiplier Stop doing things sequentially. I spawn 3-5 sub-agents in parallel for any big task. Example: deploying 11 websites simultaneously — 4 agents, each handling a batch, all running at once. The trick: define clear success criteria BEFORE spawning. Each agent must validate its own work, then YOU verify before announcing "done." ⏰ Cron > Heartbeats for specific tasks Heartbeats are great for batching periodic checks (email + calendar + mentions in one turn). But for precise schedules? Use cron jobs: • Daily content ideas at 6am • Overnight research scout at 2am • Tech watch at 8am Each runs in isolation with its own context. No token waste from loading the full conversation history. 🔄 The crash recovery pattern nobody talks about Your agent WILL crash/restart. active-tasks.md is the safety net: • When you START a task → write it • When you SPAWN a sub-agent → note session key • When it COMPLETES → update On restart, agent reads this file first and resumes autonomously. No "what were we doing?" — it figures it out. 🛡️ Security rule that saved me Use your strongest model (Opus) for ANY task that reads external web content. Weaker models are more vulnerable to prompt injection from hostile websites. Internal tasks (file reading, reminders, local work) → Sonnet is fine. External content (tweets, articles, emails) → Opus only. 📝 HEARTBEAT.md should be tiny I see people stuffing 200 lines in their HEARTBEAT.md. Bad idea — it runs every ~30min and burns tokens. Keep it under 20 lines. sorry it happened that way. really well written and explained. never owned SPSC but was rooting for it for the eco. sadly experienced something similar w a coin that ran to 25M and then later 90M .... recurring response from bigger players was always "unless you have 50-70% supply control etc etc" .... 90M ATH organically with no cabal and no KOL's no supply control, in hindsight, was actually such a huge win

I will not be transferring ownership of the main @shitpissskincan account to anyone for the following reasons: I don’t want to benefit those who have now gathered supply and have worked against us for three months. I don’t want to benefit the launchpad and its cabal, who have worked against us for three months. I don’t want to cede control of the IP and brand my team and I have built over three months to someone else who will give the illusion of a continuation of the level of quality and effort it deserves, considering none of us want to continue fighting an uphill battle against those who should be our biggest supporters. At the end of the day, Bonk does not deserve Shit Piss Skin Can, nor the team and community that formed around it. Three months of messages to Nom, Tom, and the Bonk team with minimal to zero response. SPSC was sent to them at 50k MC as a community with real motion formed, and they’ve ignored it since. The coin was shared early and often with them as things progressed. They had every opportunity to engage, participate, and support SPSC. When I asked to have a chat with them, I was told that if I don’t have 70–90% supply control, there is nothing to discuss. When I asked about listing support, I was told to get supply control. When I asked about liquidity support, I was told there was none, even though there is $200k per week for rapist traders. When I asked about a change to the fee structure, which was offered to new pairs, in order to gain supply control and deeper liquidity, I was told we are stuck on the nearly zero-fee model which is 20-40x lower than pumpfun depending on market cap. When I asked about the 1%+ of each reserve coin and the approximately $750k of USD1 Bonk has earned on volume from these coins (BonkLP.solana), I was told to get 70–90% of the supply. Bonk never even bothered to follow our page from the official bonkfun account, despite us being one of the only two coins held in the WLFI reserve. Their intentions were obvious from the start. They deliberately made every move to force us to give up because, in their eyes, “Bonk” and “organic growth” are a complete oxymoron. They’re only interested in heavily bundled coins, many of which they followed and supported openly. They even engaged with and retweeted an obvious vamp $shitcoin - one of many intentional weak ass attempts to sabotage SPSC. After fees and expenses, I have personally profited approximately $40k for three months of balls-to-the-wall work ethic rarely seen in this space, coming out with about 15% of what could have been realized at the top. I am not the villain here. I exited at $3.5M after exhausting all options other than riding this to zero. The price remained in that area for a whole day after. It is not hard to see how Pumpfun dominates this space. Bonk continues to do the very opposite of what would make them a successful and more profitable business. WLFI is not a memecoin company. WLFI is a DeFi company that partnered with a memecoin launchpad it grossly overestimated. The support from Mello, WLFI, and Chase was massively appreciated. We never imagined WLFI would even acknowledge us, let alone buy 1% of the supply and feature us in a promotional video. Bonk, on the other hand, has shown zero support for SPSC and, at many times over the last three months, has worked directly against it. $SPSC will not succeed on @bonkfun
