*WANTED RAPIST* Gqeberha police are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing a suspect wanted in an alleged rape that took place on 13 September 2025. It is alleged that at approximately 20:30 on above-mentioned date a 45-year-old female was raped by an unknown suspect near Kobus Road, Gelvandale in an open field. Boitumelo Lebotse (27) was allegedly fatally stabbed by her ex-boyfriend at her home in Meadowlands, Zone 1, Soweto, on 13 December 2025. According to reports, Boitumelo had been out with friends when her ex arrived. He allegedly pretended to leave, hid nearby, and waited for her return. An altercation followed, during which he is said to have assaulted and stabbed her before fleeing the scene. Boitumelo was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival. Before the attack, the suspect had allegedly vandalised property at her home and was later handed over to police by his father. He has since been charged with murder. We are devastated by the loss of yet another young woman to gender-based violence. 💔

Hlobokazi Vusiwe, 28, lifeless body was found in the bushes in Lusikisiki, Eastern Cape, on 6 November 2025. It is alleged that Hlobokazi was last seen on 1 November while on her way to work, but never arrived. Her family became concerned when they were unable to reach her. Her body was discovered by police the following day, with reports alleging that approximately 18 used condoms were found in the vicinity. No one has been arrested yet. Snenhlanhla Sithole, 26, was murdered near her home by an unknown man in Alexandra, Johannesburg, on 27 November 2025. It is alleged that Snenhlanhla and her sister had just gotten off staff transport when an unknown man began attacking her. The suspect allegedly shot her from behind, then reportedly fired five more shots and stabbed her six times with a knife. He fled the scene without taking any of her belongings. Her sister survived the horrific attack. It is alleged that the year before, Snenhlanhla’s partner was also murdered near the same area. She leaves behind three young children. *MISSING PERSON* Goatlegile Margareth Mohosetji (21) who resides at Lonely Park village, Mahikeng. She was last seen by her mother on Friday, 21 November 2025, at around 17:30, when she left to go to her rented room at Ramosadi village, Mahikeng. The mother later called her, but the cellphone went to voicemail. She then traced her to Ramosadi Village but could not find her. A search was then conducted around Ramosadi and Seweding villages, but Mohosetji was not found. Extensive investigations were conducted, and all leads were followed up with no success. It is not clear what clothes she was wearing at the time of her disappearance. She is tall and slender, has short black hair, and is brown in complexion. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is requested to contact Mmabatho SAPS Investigating Officer, Sgt Golekane Senokwanyane, on 079 897 1873, their local police station on 08600 10111
