Lesson 5: Always do the right thing The most important lesson in my opinion. When I lay my head on my pillow at night I don’t have to question or worry about my actions that day. Never wavering from it and it’s always so fulfilling. Winning and doing it the right way.

Lesson 4: Keep the main thing the main thing We followed first principles thinking. We would identify our fundamental building blocks and develop them from the ground up. Our systems were always very simple but they always lead to big results.

The large majority of people are following the status quo and doing things how they have always done them. I had the opportunity right out of college to work for an original thinker that never wavered from right & wrong. My career took off thanks to the lessons I learned.
