@boltapp It has happened twice already. A driver confirmed the ride when he was stuck in a traffic jam. I was taking my aunt to a clinic and asked the driver how long the wait time was. He said he was stuck in traffic, and when I canceled the ride, my card was charged. Get serious!

@boltapp you guys are scammers! You first tell us the taxi is arriving in two minutes and later send us the option that requires waiting for 8 minutes! And you charge the card! It would be way better if you let us approve whether we want to take that ride or not.

Last night I ordered a Bolt ride home, and right away something felt off. The driver pulled up, but the license plate didn’t match the app. He rolled down the window and called out my name. I hesitated, and he just laughed it off. “Happens all the time, people get confused,” he said. “How would I know your name if I wasn’t your driver?” He even said the driver name from the app, and it matched. Against my better judgment, I got in. It was late, I was wiped, and I just wanted to get home. I knew it was dumb the second I shut the door.

@boltapp I am being charged for the money and didn’t took a ride. I was at the location, called and messaged the driver and he claims to be there and never came to pick me up. And now your app is charging me money, even think one came to pick me up. Refund my money.
