This is some good news about a project in Japan coming to Metis and I'd like to offer some perspective: Borderless simultaneously maintains its existence as a legal entity and as an onchain entity. This is very hard to achieve and brings the advantage of turning complex legal requirements into something as simple as a few clicks with onchain rules. This allows for multiple entities to be brought into the chain, including government organizations that are ready to explore this world with regulatory comfort. A wide door can be opened for Metis to work with the Japanese government in this way. The only issue? Since they didn't make it through the CEG vote, they'll have to wait for another round to join our ecosystem. I hope the Metis community realizes it's not all hype and gets behind real use cases that can really make a difference in the long run. I'll be working with this team to make sure they're onboarded properly.
